I was wondering if Ann was in a band called Mondo Bozzo that played at Poor David's in the '80s. The drummer and bass player were awesome - the drummer was also cute! Music is good now but great back then! |

Yes, Ann Armstrong was in a band called Mondo Bozzo. I only know because I grew up listening to their music as a kid. Matter of fact, my Dad, who was the drummer back then (Charlie Hukill) still listens to their old tapes! |

Very strong CD (vocals, lyrics and excellent musicians). I could listen to "Out On This Road Tonight" 25 times back to back (because I did on my way to Houston from Dallas) but then I realized I was missing out on the rest of this gem. She's as good as her ponytail is long! |

Ann has always been good. Did she used to be in a band in the 1980's called MONDO BOZZO? If anyone reads this and knows the answer let me know. The band was great. Killer bass player - great drummer. Editor's Note: Too bad you didn't leave your email address - SO if someone does know the answer to the question, please just post it here and maybe this reviewer will check back. |

A wonderful collection of eclectic music. It runs the gambit from Gritty Blues like a cover of Robert Johnson's "If I Had A Posession" to beautiful ballads like "Too Far To Fail". Ann performs exquisite covers and brilliant originals. "Pride Goes Before A Fall" by Ann, rocks and "Out On This Road Tonight" is a haunting ballad. If you haven't had the privilege of hearing Ann before, treat yourself to genius and listen. |
