In an era of sound-alikes, Christin Cook's unique delivery grabs you from the opening cut of "FOR THE LOVE" and takes you on a ride down a modern rock highway. Without falling victim to the currently popular and over-used soft-to-loud format, Cook's music intrigues the listener early in each song. Expertly produced by Paul Moak, this is a refreshing glimpse into the future of popular rock music. It's hard and driving, just like rock should be, but easy on the ears.
