Grady Lee is a fantastic performer that has shown his incredible God-given talent in songwriting and his ability to make anything he tells you believable.  He has been nothing but humble and gracious for all of the years that I have known him.  He has shared his experiences in this business to me and they have prepared me for mine that have yet to come.  So, here's a deserving rating to a very deserving man.   - "Kid"

Mr. Grady Lee was sitting down by his chuckwagon at the Hopkins County Fall Festival.  Some folks wandered by and Mr. Lee showed them his CDs.  Later we asked him what kind of CDs he had.  They were the first taste of Texas music we bought since we arrived from Hawaii.  His songs are the best we have ever heard since we arrived.  His songs are what we thought of as Texas music.  Before we heard his music, we were exposed to Country Western in Hawaii, we did not know what real Texas music was like. Mr. Grady Lee, thank you for your time spent with us, your autographs and your music.  We love your music.

Not only is Grady Lee the truest form of a gentle cowboy, he is absolutely a fabulous singer/songwriter.  Appealing to young and old alike - really - 4 years old to 90 years old boast to be his fans - he can entertain planned or unplanned!  If you haven't heard his music, YOU SHOULD.  Buy the CD or go to Marshall and hear him where I understand he plays regularly at a local pub.  Keep on singing!

I was given this CD shortly before I left Texas for Scotland and thank goodness I have it with me.  What better way to remember home then to hear fantastic musicians and a wonderful voice sing about the state I love.  Keep up the great work, Grady Lee.  Not sure what I'd do here without your music and I"m anxious to hear you in person when I come home to visit.  I'll recommend this CD to all my friends who want to hear good ole Texas country music.

I know Mr. Grady Lee all my life - I went to school with his son and I grew up listening to Grady Lee's music.  The longest time he was in Wallis, Texas, the early years of Grady Lee basically.  He's like a 2nd Dad to me and he's always there for me if I need him.  The records he has made, made me a better person, plus, he's one of the greatest men in Texas!  Well, Grady Lee, God bless Texas Music.  He's the true king of Texas Music!

Mr. Lee has done an excellent job on this album.  Texas Sunset should be right up there with The Eyes of Texas!  The ballad about CatClaw Rose and Herbert is a very haunting one.  A song that makes one wish they could be with these people.  "Southbound Train" is a dandy little ditty..a happy song.  While "She Rode All The Way" is another of the cowboy type ballads, it should do very well indeed.  Mr. Lee's bluegrass roots show in this album also, with "Grandpa's Tattoo"...and the story about Lovett Lee.  All in all it is a good solid first album for this Texas singer.  One who is on his way to the Cowboy Hall of Fame if he sticks with writing songs of this genre.
