The JEB latest collection of exciting, down-and-dirty rock and roll simply cannot be beat.  This is music that is pure guts and energy, song after song, real and raw.  Each band member's talent is diplayed in this menagerie of true creative and unique Texas music at it's best, in John Evans' best production to date.  Your music collection isn't complete, your life isn't complete, without experiencing what the JEB has in store for you in Circling The Drain.

JEB Rocks.  The new album officially comes out next month, and each album is better than the one before.  I never get tired of seeing him live and he's just a great overall musician.  You name it he can do it.  That includes drinking shots of Red Bull while playing a show.  Plus as if that wasn't enough, he's a really great guy.  His band is awesome and are a great compliment to John's abilities.  If you haven't seen him, do it.  If you haven't bought a CD do it, it's money very well spent.

I borrowed from my girlfriend's advanced copy of Out of Control and can't take it out of my CD player.  When first listening to the second track which is also the title track, I got the feeling it can't get any better than, the intense lyrics and layering of old school guitar - it made me play it again and again.  Then the next song "Hank and a Harley" knocked me back in my seat, it's rockabilly slap bass and rim hit drumming slowly builds into a rockin' tune that makes you want to jump on a Harley and head to the Hill Country, of course while listening to JEB.  This CD is a must have for any Elvis, Hank, or rockabilly fan.
