Kellee is a unique music group that blends Celtic music, Appalachian fiddle tunes and just plain fun stuff. The members of the group have been playing together since 1998 and use the Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer as its' primary instrument. For those of you that don't know what it is, you're not alone, come let us introduce you. Guitar and lead vocal is Bill Lowery, he loves playing for an audience that wants to sing along and have fun. CO Magee brings a talent of feeling music and plays a mean Dulcimer. He also brings a bass and a wonderful bag of instruments; you never know what is going to come out. Liz Lowery plays dulcimer and vocals, she wanted to learn to play an instrument and fell in love with the dulcimer. "There isn't anything easier to play or harder to master than the Dulcimer". Brenda Magee brings a gift of harmony that ties everything together; she is a natural dulcimer player who doesn't do to bad on spoons either. Kellee was formed in the tradition of Charlie Stacey's' Gypsy Fire, and has often sat in on their sets. We do this to have fun and if we make a couple of bucks that's all the better.
