My favorite track is "Sierra Diablo", originally released on the band's 1996 CD, "Hotel Texas".  I've always loved the old West imagery and wish Jeff would write more like that.  I've never been able to relate to "One Of A Kind" lyrically, but it's not a bad song.  It's the title song from our 1993 CD so maybe I'm just tired of it.  It's the ONLY song we've ever recorded without any overdubs so it gives you an idea of what the band really sounds like.  As far as the two songs recorded for this release, people at our gigs seem to like "God Bless Robert Earl Keen" even though most can not name anything he wrote besides "The Road Goes On Forever".  It's a pretty good song.
I like "I'll See You Around Sometime" better.  It was the first thing I recorded with my new (at the time) Taylor guitar. Hey, for $5.99 this CD is a good deal.  That's only $1.50 a song!  You should try to get a copy of "Hotel Texas".  Our version of Bob Seger's "Main Street" still kicks ass!
