Saw these guys live at the Salty Dog in Port A. Great little band and very nice folks. Mark played a great acoustic version of Come Monday for my wife and I. Next time I'm in Port A, I'll be sure to look these guys up. Get their CDs! Love the original tunes!! |

The band is great - the music is original - they work the audience superbly - AND NO ONE CAN MAKE THE CONGAS POP LIKE LUIS VILLAREAL!! |

This is the best CD ever. I just wish they would reprint as I loaned mine out and it came back scratched. |

I heard this band play at the Salty Dog in Port Aransas on Feburary 12, 2005. They were great!! Can't wait to get their CD. |

I thought the band as a whole sounded great, leaned very heavy on the percussion but they sound great live. |

I am a HUGE Triggerfish fan. The congo player Luis Villareal is the best I have ever seen play. Plus he is a super nice guy. The way he moves his hands is amazing. Woody, the bass player is awesome and Mark is a great singer and guitar player. If you ask me, Triggerfish is the best island band in the country. |
